A Closer Look at Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences play an important role in the partnership between home and school at Wayland Montessori.

On Friday, January 16, the school will be closed so our families can meet privately with their child's teacher. These conversations create time to focus on the whole child in a calm, thoughtful setting.

During conferences, teachers share classroom observations related to growth, independence, and engagement with learning materials. Families review current learning and discuss social, emotional, and academic development. The conversation includes clear goals that support each child's next stage of learning.

This time reflects our commitment to understanding each child as an individual and staying closely connected with our families throughout the school year. We appreciate the care our families bring to these meetings.
